Gemma and Adam were recently married at Wychwood Park in Crewe, I was delighted to be asked to film their day! The night before the wedding we had a light snowfall in Stoke On Trent, I was quite excited by this, but I’m sure Gemma and Adam weren’t feeling the same way. I arrived at Wychwood Park nice and early ready for the arrival of Adam.
Gemma and Adam’s ceremony was nice and intimate, with a harpist playing as the guests were seated and whilst Gemma and Adam signed the register. Another fantastic park of the ceremony was the bride’s daughter Lyla reading an excerpt from Winnie The Pooh – she made our hearts melt!
The weather was cold to say the least, but it wasn’t raining, and for that we were grateful! Gemma, Adam and their guests were fantastically patient during their photoshoot with Gary Skerratt Photography, despite being freezing cold. Although, I’m sure men get the better side of the deal when it comes to standing outside at a wedding – at least they have trousers and long sleeved jackets on!
After the photoshoot we headed back into Wychwood Park hotel ready for the speeches and the wedding breakfast. The speeches were fantastic, and it was lovely to see the bride and grooms son, Sonny, helping to give out the presents with his dad (absolutely adorable!!)
Here is the highlight video from Gemma and Adam’s wedding… Enjoy!Share
