Derbyshire Wedding Videography

Vision Wave Weddings based in Staffordshire, and has really easy access to wedding venues across Derbyshire. Derbyshire is a beautiful county, and has the benefit of having a large portion of the Peak District within it.

I’ve been fortunate enough to visit some absolutely stunning venues in Derbyshire. My favourites so far being Tissington Hall, based near Ashbourne, and Osmaston Park also near Ashbourne.

The first Derbyshire wedding video I filmed was the wedding of Hannah and Thomas, who got married at the Buxton Palace Hotel in 2015. In 2016 I had the pleasure of capturing the wedding of Tamzin and Ben – they had their ceremony at St Giles Church in Cheadle, followed by their reception at Dovecliff Hall.

One of my favourite venues in Derbyshire, so far, is Tissington Hall. It’s an absolutely stunning venue, with some beautiful surroundings for portraits. There’s a church located right opposite so it’s absolutely perfect regardless of if you’d like a religious or a civil ceremony. Alice and Michael got married in the church, and then headed over to Tissington Hall for their reception and evening party. Their wedding sneak peek has been released and can be viewed on their blog post.

Another venue I’ve visited this year is Osmaston Park, which is again another fantastic venue with some awesome locations for portraits. I filmed the wedding of Laura and Dan in August 2018, and despite the rain we had an absolutely fantastic day at Osmaston.

Having been to a couple of different Derbyshire wedding venues I’m excited to explore more and see what Derbyshire has to offer.
